Frames - Oak and 5 ply aircraft birch

Battens, keel, chines and sheers - oak

Engine stringers - spruce laminated with African mahogany plywood and 1/8"aluminum alloy in stress areas

Bottom and non trip areas - 3/8" plywood bonded with .080 aluminum alloy

Deck - 1/4" 5 ply African mahogany plywood

Sponsons - 1/2" 5 plywood bonded with 1/8" aluminum alloy
