In preparation for the "Boats that Fly" exhibit, the Miss Bardahl was moved into the Seattle Museum of Flight at 0830 this morning (July 18, 2005). Using a forklift to maneuver the trailer, the museum crew covered the carpet with boards to prevent damage to the carpet. The boat is positioned just inside the main foyer area, in the temporary display area. The Miss Bardahl, along with the Slo-Mo V and Tempo VI will be on display from July 30, 2005 to January 15, 2006. Miss Bardahl will remain on tilt on the trailer for the duration of the display.
