After two years of running, we are making a slight change to the right sponson primary runner. To help the boat corner better, we are adding a bit more depth and changing the dihedral of the primary runner while maintaining the same angle of attack.
This is being accomplished by adding shims to the battens, fairing and reinstalling the primary runner. We are also increasing the wedge slightly to further aid in cornering.
Not shown in this update, but we are also reducing the size of the skid fin, as the fin we currently have installed is slightly larger than original and is packing too much water against the bottom of the boat in a turn. The fin is hysol'ed in place, so will be cut down in place.
